H-4 Visa

I am planning to apply for H-4 VISA for my daughter in china. We will send my hu*****and H-1B notice, visa copy, passport copy back and I am in the process of agjusting status pending in USA, do I need to send back my passport and visa? I mean my current status is in the F-1 OPT grace period. Any news will be appreciated.
