H1-B status and AP question

本人是在美國境內轉的H1-B, 勞工申請了i140/I-485，請問拿到AP後，我可以回國？還是需要申請H1-B？
如果用AP回國， 我返回美國後，我是H1-B？ 還是485 Pending? Please tell me anything you know, it will be great helpful. Thanks
