1. When you say the LC should be filed within 5 month, do you mean you can have 1 year time to file I-140? Because once I-140 is pending for more than 12 month, the H1 can be extended year by year.
Or you have other meaning?

2. Will the working experiences be authenticated by US organization before we file LC?

My company white lawyer doesn't know such skills. I'm trying to persuade my company allow me to find my own lawyer.
