去加拿大工作work permit

請問在申請移民加拿大的過程中，能否以work permit/temporary resident visa身
份去加拿大工作並在其境內等待移民申請的結果?
在cic.gc.ca上看到關於申請work permit的要求："You must satisfy an officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your employment." 這和同時申請加拿大移民會有什麽矛盾嗎？這裏是不是也有什麽移民傾向的問題？困惑中，請知道的朋友們給指點一下吧，非常感謝您的幫助。
