procedure of H1B visa

All friends, I need your help.

Now I am holding H1b visa in university. But recently I found a job in company. So need transfer my H1b visa from school to company. The human resource said that they doesn't have experience in H1b visa transfer. Does anyone kindly tell the procedure for such H1b transfer?

By my understanding, the procedure should be the same as the trnasfer in school, right? For example, the steps as follows:

1. prevailing wage check (ask the Division of Employment and training in the state where the company is located)
2. file form I-129 with a cover letter
3. If we want to expedite it, we may pay extra $1000 premium

I really need your help.
