At what point then?

Thank you for all repsonses. You mentioned that at this point, CIS will not find out the discrepancy. At what point then, CIS might investigate this, 140 or 485?
My GC application has not been filed yet,I would like to understand the risk before I agree with my employer to file.
For my situation, would you have any suggestions?
