Does it mean I don't have to wait until INS approves my petition? That's really a great news to me. Regarding the registration date with the previous job, you mean I should let my boss to put the date probably as long as we can on "somewhere" to count as my termination date. Could you tell me what paperwork you you refer to? Apprarently, I know nothing about it.
