IMM canada Q after 2ndletter

One question to consult:
I got married when I received 2nd letter, should I prepare all the docs and forms to include my wife to submit to buffalo first, to get their database updated to include my new status , then g f medical exams and FBI checks with their new 2nd letter.

Or
just do exams and FBI with my wife, then submit new forms to inform buffalo new updated status?
