I131(AP),I765(EAD)in Michigan

Dear All,

I am planning to file the I131 and I765 by myself. The NIW based I140 was approved. The I485 is still pending. Where should I send these two applications? Should I send them to the Detroit local service center (which is my local service center) or to the U.S. Citizenship and immigration Services, P.O.Box 805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120? I have read some of the new instructions without good understanding. Thanks for all your help and Have a good weekend.
