Could you share when did you turn in your physiacal exam? We file 140 and 485 in May,04. My lawyer told us that we did not need to file physiacal exam with 485 until INS asks for it at that time. Now our 140 got approved, Ins still did not ask for it yet. I just wondering when will they request it, and it will take how long time to get our 485 approvoed.
