half of them are the first author, three JACS, one of them have more than 200 citations. the publications and its citations are the small part of the application. Memebership is not OK. Awards is not OK. the publication written about me is not OK. Several friends of mine are almost the same. I am not only one case. Actually I don't see any successful cases from Nebraska in past one year.
