J1waiver is done, you are free

After waiver is done, you can do anything. If you do early or late is fully determined by yourself. Why I changed my J1 late is I then thought J1 is no need to pay income tax. Actually H1 is no need to pay tax in first three years in the states, which i did not know at that time.
