NSC I-140 information needed

I filed my I-140 (NIW) to NSC in Dec. 2003. Got no news after 15 month waiting. Anyone in the same boat with me? The processing date of I140 in NSC is kind of joke. They did not update it in the past 7 month.

If anyone has any experience to fight for the application, I really appreciate it if you would share it with me.
