I got 45-day confirm letter before last Christmas. I heard only 40,000 letters released by the BPC. So, lots of persons haven't received the letters but their cases have been transfered to the Phi BPC.

I am not sure when you could receive the letter. But, take it easy, as so many persons in the same situation.

Don't worry, we will all fine!
