i do not think those are the reasons to reject. Is it the 1st visa interview for them?

If yes, i believe that you did not provide a reasonable excuse for your parents/or you did not provide enough support docs/ or they did show the strong tie to China.

It's my 1st time to hear that somrbody was rejected by this kind of reasons.
