Do they need U.S visa ?

My parents are visiting us in U.S.They arrived U.S last month.They are B2visa holder,Their visa is six month valid and Mutiple entry.If they like to visit Mexico for a week,Do they still need visa to reentry U.S when they back from Mexico? Thank for your reply .
