I submitted a RIR at NJ on july, 2003, right now my NIW got approved at Texas center, because I changed job. my RIR is still in backlog ct at pa.

my suggestion is submit OR if you are in a company, or NIW if you are at College.

I-140/I485 concurrent is a not good idea, it will in trouble if your LC get approved,and I-140 is faster in VC.
