Were you selected to fill your position using a competitive recruitment and selection process? Was your job position advertized in a national professional journal? If no, you are not eligible for
Special Recruitment and Documentation Procedures for College and University Teachers (formerly called Special Handing Procedure for ...).

But if you are not eligible, you are still eligible for normal procedure as long as your job position is permanent. Then you need your college to do more pre-filing recruitment processes.
