求救:一個關於離婚和綠卡的問題..

和先生結婚幾年,孩子也有了.現在先生要分居再離婚.但綠卡剛辦下回鄉證那一步.就是可以回中國再返回美國.
幾個問題請教一下:
1.我們在伊州,拿到到I-485後離婚還是拿到綠卡後離婚不會影響我的綠卡?
2.先生要分居,會影響我們的綠卡申請嗎?移民局會查嗎?
