Please help, I485 REF !!!!!!!!

Hi, All

We filed I40 and I485 in Nov. 2003. I140 was approved last month. My wife was asked to submit the certificate of marriage (not only Gong Zhen). The problem is she changed her name after our marriage, so the name on the Marriage Certificate is different with her current name. How can we handle this problem? Thanks a alot.
