FP notice - too fast??

Filed I-140/I485 (EB1)at VSC on 2/10/05
RD date:3/15/05
Received FP notice on 3/18, schedule FP at local USCIS office on 3/30/05.

I got confused:
1. does that indicate anything? Should my case be approved shortly?
2. Why so fast?

Does anyone has similar experience? Please share. Thanks.
