Don't believe him

They count every conference and every thing you can count such as your master thesis, phd thesis. etc.

If you submitted your case in 2002, got RFE in Nov 2004, approved in Feb 2004, he would say it take only 3 month in his ads. for you it took over 2 years. This is how Ads works.

He is very nice to answer question to attact customer, but after you paid, like every other lawyers, you got nothing. IMHO, if you case is strong enough, do it yourself. you paid them, they will let you do anyway. They just COPY and PASTE.
