I called USCIS, but every time

I only got the message that the system is having technical difficulties. Am I looking at the same number you used? 1-800-375-5283 The last time I managed to get a response, it was a form letting saying that my case is still pending-- and I know that better than anyone else. I also tried to get our HR rep. to call on my behalf, no use at all. I am almost in tears these days.
