Both me and my collague have LC pending at Atlanta center (RIR cases, we filed in the 3rd quarter from NC and the applications were transferred to Atlanta regional center in August and October of 2004 separately). My collague got his 45-day letter from Philly in mid-February, I only got my new case # from email inquiry but did not have the letter yet. Send an email to [e-mail] for your new case number (include your name, employee name, PD, RIR/non-RIR etc., in the email). The vast majority of case from Atlanta center do not have such letters yet.
