我的opt will close,i have plan contining study,my question if i need notice student service or only get new I-20 is enough

Answer: I don't know what a student service is. If what you meant is ISO, then my question will be: Can you get a new I20 without the help of ISO? Seems to me that you have to contact your ISO anyhow.
