Go to www.irs.gov, search for the forms you are asking, 1042s, 8843, 8833 and read the instructions of these forms. You can determine which forms you need to file. At least form 8843 is for teachers, trainees, students, professional athletes and people with medical conditions, not for you generally.
In general, you need to file 1040 or 1040A with apropriate schedules.
