When my boss applied H1B visa for me, he needed me to start working as soon as possible because he had a grant to renew in March, and he wanted me to work on it. However, my H1B was approved two weeks ago, which means I don't have time to work on the project, and my boss must have required somebody else to do it. I guess my boss now doesn't care when I can start working, or even hopes I start as late as possible. I've asked his secretary a lot of times, but nobody tells me when I should start. What should I do? :(
