485: TSC to local to TSC

Does anyone had such experience that the 485 was transferred from TSC to local office, and then back to TSC again. And TSC indicated (online) that date of reception is the date from local to TSC, and it is not that of the original submission. I guess this may be a reason whay my case is beyond the timeframe. Anypone had such experience, especially those do not get the GC that should be ok earlier. Why was the case transferred to local and back to TSC again. TSC did not informated me the transferring. I did my EAD at local office last year because my case was at local office. Normally, EAD is processed at servce center.
