fibrosis is the symptom of someone who has suffered TB.
My wife is in the same situation, and even though the TB is inactive, she's still required to undergo an x-ray check annually for 3-5 years, and whenever we move, we need to inform both CIS and local health dept/infectious program. So be careful!

We took two medical exams, one in Beijing in 1999,everything is fine, and one in Chicago in 2001, by a stupid Fillipino doctor. Then we landed in 2002. since then, my wife needs to do an x-ray every year, big hassle!
