Your are so lucky! I have a question to ask you. My I140 case (NIW) filed in 03/2003 and got approval in 09/2003. My I485 filed at the same time with my I140 using the same attoney.We got FP at 03/2004 and 12/2004 twice. 10 days after the FP our cases were transferred to the local (bufflo, NY). Is there sth wrong with my cases? I am still waiting for the interview. That means we still need to wait another 6 month for interview?
