Oh, forgot to mention. The police certicate is obtained from FBI in the US. You will need to obtain your finger print first, which can be done at the local police station (I would recommend), or from some notary agent. You then will need to send your finger print, usually is just a card with your finger prints on it, to the FBI, together with USD 18. The FBI will usually return the finger print card to you with an official seal on it, basically saying "No Record Found". This will be your police certificate. Remember, do not start to do this until you are told to do so, since police certificate is valid for a short period of time.
