The reliable and complete list can be found on the website of Citizenship and Immigration Canada. This is the official website and has the final say on Canadian Immigration Issues. I have never looked at any other list. As a matter of fact, all the informatin and instructions I used are from this website. In my experience, the instructions are very clear and in details.
