did you attach a paid ups

envelop with return address ? otherwise they'll return your passport in regular mail, and it's easy to lost it when crossing the border.
Fax to them and ask them if your passport has been send out to you or not, if yes, then it's lost in mail, if not, ask them to hold it,and mail them a paid envelop.
