You cannot sit and wait people

to remind you of something which is the most critical to your life. You need to check those things by youself. The safest way is to arrange a trip and get a H4 back home (it should not be hard to get). In both cases of going trip or not, you'd better file H4 extension as soon as possible either e-filing or regular mail (or both). You will take a risk to stay here and wait for INS's discretion.
