a contracting job. You don't need to. Just say it is a full time (40hr per week) job with its title and job description. Why I mentioned contracting job is because you have EAD and it is easy to find such job on the market via contracting companies (agents) not by yourself and get a job offer letter from them in case INS requires such evidence. Think about that there are so many contractors are applying GC and getting theirs based on their full time job with their contracting companies.
