You need a visa to re-enter US anyway. Simply go back and re-apply for H4 in Beijing. You need bring your hu*****and's documents: copy of I-797 Approval Notice, Passport, proofs of residence - tax renture, rencent payroll stubs, bank statement, and your marriage certicate and photos of you two tegether. H4 visa is very easy to get as long as your's huband's status is verified.
