1. change job means restart the GC unless you have your 140 approved and 485 has been filed more than 6 months. Do not heard any GC transfer.
2. AP goes with your 485. So, if restart GC, AP would be invalidated with the old 485. You will be asked who filed the AP for you when you come back to US, and you need to prove you are still with the petitioner.
