InfoPass is not available ?

My I-485 was approved last week and now I try to make an appointment to stamp my passport through InforPass. However, each time I enter the ZIP code, the computer says " At this time, InfoPass is not available in your area." What does this means. Can I make an appointment through other way, such as telephone? Thanks!
