I went to the web site You mentioned, I am kind of confusing about what it says under "qualifying for a work permit":...."you do not have to apply for a Temporary Resident Visa when you apply for your work permit. It is included in your work permit application.", does it mean I only need to apply for a work permit if I submit my application before I enter Canada?
