485 Approved in Nebraska Cente

Hi There,

I have received notice that my 485 was approved and here I am sharing info with you.

My I-140 and I-485 were jointed filed in Jan of 2003, through a lawyer hired by my employer. In May 2003, the I-140 was approved. First finerprinting was taken around that time.

Sept 2004 I did 2nd fingerprinting. Dec 2004 I was asked for a letter from empolyer to show my current salary and position, and for some vaccination.

5 days after these requested additional results and documents were received by Nebraska center, the case was approved.

I guess if you are around the same time line as mine. Your approval is coming soon.
