How to fix FP and A# mixup

I had second FP on June 1, 2004. but never see any updates on CIS web site. A recent letter from CIS told me that my I485 case was delayed because of FP and name check. I called FBI, they told me that my second FP was good but was under another A#. I filed only one I485, there should not be another A#. How could I have this problem fixed. I have asked for another finger print, but I have not received any response from CIS since Oct 2004.
