求教, I485 可以withdraw嗎?

Currently TN holder working in USA. Cofiling I140, I485 in NIW category following the lawyor's suggestion.

Now I feel unconfident about my case since it is said the approved percentage
is pretty low. So, Can I withdraw my I485 now so that I can still renew TN?
I file I485 in Jan 5. No receipt yet.
