You mean only those new RIR or regular LC cases filed between 01/05 and 03/28/05 will be sent to NAtional Processing Center? I think if that is the case, all of them will eventually be forwarded to the Backlog centers. Otherwise, we may have those cases filed in 01/05 approved before those cases filed before 01/05. It doesn't make any sense at all.
