help on I485,130 form

On I485, Part 1, it asks for I-94#
On I130, Part c, it ask for I-94 Arrival.Departure Record in form of | | | |-| | | | | | | | | |.

Are there two ask for the same thing or different thing?

From my I-94, they are different. Am I right?
