In My labor certificate, item#14, 'state the minimum requirement for college degree is Master's or equivalent', in item#15, 'other special requirements ' BS with five years experience'. Is this a EB2 case or
not?

From my understanding, EB-2 means with RIR for labor certificate, doesn't it? Thanks.
