I-485 Approval before I-140

We got our I-485 approval notices today, with I-140 still pending. No RFE.
EB-3 based, I-140 & I-485 filed concurrently with EAD and AP application at CSC.
RD: 5/2004
FP: 6/2004
EAD approval: 7/2004
AP approval: 7/2004
