help!! Background check?

I submitted my I-485 at Feb, 2002. My case was transfered to Philadelphia local office. I had interview 3 month ago, everything looked perfect except my hu*****and's background check was not clear.

yesterday, I called the officer again about the background check (he asked me to call him once 2 weeks). He ask me to take 3rd finger print. I just don't know when this nighmare will end!

Anyone of you have any ideas about it? Thanks!!!
