I140(NIW) NSC was approved too

1. Submit application: March 2003;
2. RFE: July 2004,
3. Approved: September 20, 2003. Just three days after INS my RFE in four day (Sept. 15, 2003);
4. Submit I485: November, 2003;
5. Finger print: December 2003.

My experience is that you should find one Responsible Lawyer. I recommend Peter Li for you guys. He worked in Immigration Office before and has a lot experience to help you to apply NIW. Good Luck for everyone who want to apply NIW. Here is his website:
