3 I-140s (EB1a, 1b and NIW), I-485s for my family, I-131s (no use) and I-765s (no use) were subimitted to VSC in March, 2004. AP and EAD were approved in May, 2004, I-485 was approved just before New Year, all I-140s are still pending.
