Mine RD is Jan. 22, 02 at NSC

I am in the same boat as you. My 485 RD is Jan. 22, 2001. FP twice. Oct. 2003 asked employment letter again. Since then, I heard nothing from USCIS. I call the tool free number, and USCIS sent a letter said is pending for name check. I asked help from Senator and Congressman, no one can do anything about it.
